I have appeared in a no. of psychometric tests....Recently, i was in a team building session where I took another test to judge my role in a team....After the test was taken and all the implications were discussed, I went to the faculty who is a renowned HR person all over India. I asked him if this test can really give a gud idea of what I am.......Der were many options I dint feel like ticking but I had to as it was d requirement of d test......

I dint get a satisfactory answer from him on this.......Putting this question to all of u...... Are they really relevant or can they really judge us accurately???
